How do you unwind after a long week or relieve some built-up stress?😡

For me, nothing feels better than breaking a good sweat! It really feels like all the toxins just disappear, and I feel refreshed.💦
When you think of ways Koreans sweat it out, the first thing that comes to mind is definitely the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna)! You put on a jjimjilbang uniform, wrap a towel around yourself, and just sit in the hot room. Isn’t that so typically Korean? Haha!😆
But besides jjimjilbangs, I’ll share some other healthy ways for Fanworkers to sweat it out and relieve stress!

Located right in front of Dongdaemun Design Plaza(DDP), SpaRex Good Morning City is a jjimjilbang where you can experience traditional Korean interior design.🇰🇷

It's open 24 hours, so you can visit anytime you want and relax comfortably. There are many jjimjilbangs in Korea, but it's hard to find one as steeped in K-culture as this place! As soon as you enter, you'll feel like you've stepped into a folk village because the interior is designed in a hanok style.✨
There are plenty of options for resting alone, like clay rooms and steam rooms, and the sauna is quite spacious, making it great for groups too.👍

If you want to truly experience a Korean jjimjilbang, I definitely recommend SpaRex Good Morning City!

Supsok Hanbang Land gives you the feeling of being in a forest, even though it’s located in the city!🪵🌱 What sets this jjimjilbang apart from others is its outdoor sauna. Most people come here specifically for the charcoal sauna. It operates in four stages, and you can warm your hands and feet by sitting near the charcoal.🔥
What's unique is that you can even grill snacks like rice cakes, sweet potatoes, and potatoes in the charcoal! This offers a different experience compared to other jjimjilbangs. Because of these features, it's been featured on various TV programs. If you want a truly local experience, I highly recommend this place!🤩

If you prefer a modern and more luxurious environment, Aqua Field is the perfect place for you!🏊

It’s located inside the trendy shopping mall 'Starfield' and offers both a water park and jjimjilbang experience all in one.
Starfield is home to many trendy Korean brands, making it a great spot for shopping.🛍️ You can spend your morning shopping, enjoy a delicious lunch, and then head to Aqua Field to have fun at the water park and relax in the jjimjilbang. Before you know it, the sun will be setting!🤗 If you’re looking to spend a day in a clean and pleasant environment, I highly recommend this place for Fanworkers!

Starfield offers not only relaxation to relieve stress but also ways to get active and shake off fatigue!👊 Smob is an activity sports facility located within Starfield, designed to be an "adult playground."🤼 Here, sports become fun activities, and everyone gets to be a player.
You can enjoy unique sports that you might not encounter in daily life, such as climbing, handball, a 360-degree swing, and a vertical drop slide. It’s a great place to have fun challenges with friends! How about a bet where the loser buys eggs at Aqua Field?😜

If you’re looking for a more active experience in Starfield, I definitely recommend Smob!

One of the healthy hobbies that more people are picking up these days is indoor climbing!🧗 It’s an excellent exercise for relieving stress. When you’re climbing a high wall, you have to focus on the route and your movements, which helps you forget about the worries and stresses of daily life for a while.🍀 As you immerse yourself in the moment and move your body, you naturally release tension, and afterward, you’ll feel refreshed.
The sense of accomplishment you get from successfully reaching your target point is incredibly satisfying and boosts your confidence. Nowadays, there are many indoor climbing gyms across the country, making them easily accessible, and day passes are available, so if you haven’t tried it yet, Fanworkers, give indoor climbing a shot!⭐️

Jumping Battle is an active indoor game that's perfect for relieving stress!💨

In this game, you score points by stepping on blue pads while avoiding red pads, all within a limited time.⏳ It requires a lot of movement and jumping, making it a great cardio workout, and you can significantly relieve stress in a short amount of time.
You can enjoy it with friends, family, or a partner, allowing for both cooperation and competition, which is great for building connections.💞

Last week, SM unveiled the signatures of their artists. It’s already well-known that SM is a signature powerhouse, right?👑 It’s impressive that they showcase unique signatures reflecting each artist’s personality every year.
So this week, I’ve gathered the 2025 SM SEASON GREETING for us to check out together!

The signature masters, the ultimate icons of Season Greetings, Red Velvet has arrived!❤️💛💙💚💜

In this Season Greeting, you can experience both the summer and winter versions of Red Velvet at the same time. The dreamy vibe captures their mysterious essence beautifully!🥹
Each member's personality shines through, and the design blends perfectly with the seasonal atmosphere. It’s sure to be a special collectible for fans! I'm excited to see what other artists will bring next—can't wait to find out!❤️‍🔥

NCT 127 as fighters👊? Sounds delicious😋!

I think they would do really well with this concept if they made a comeback! The kitschy illustrations and member-specific graphic artworks really enhance the overall concept in a detailed way.
The combination of band-aids, scars, and bubble gum, along with bold accessories, creates a unique and playful vibe.🫧 I hope we get to see more of this style in the future!

Girls' Generation   

Debuting for 17 years, Girls' Generation with a fruit concept is just amazing!🍓🍑🍇

I truly believe this season greeting concept perfectly defines them...🥹
While a rookie's fruit concept might feel fresh and youthful, Girls' Generation's fruit concept exudes a much richer charm, like a fruit that's full of sweetness and flavor.😙

I hope to see more of these refreshing concepts from you, unnie!  

Is Dream going for a sexy concept now? Hehe!🏎️

Unlike their previous season greetings, this one has a darker and sexier vibe, which seems to be dividing fans' opinions. But still, they totally nailed this concept like they were the protagonists in a movie! No doubt about that!💚

Doesn’t it remind you of their SPICY promotions?💦🌈

It’s so nice to see aespa embracing a funky and refreshing concept🫧 after captivating fans with their strong concept this year! aespa has a great advantage as idols because they can pull off any concept in their own unique style.🎸 While I love the bold and edgy aespa, I hope we can see refreshing aespa again next year!

NCT Wish is just so... NCT Wish..🥹💚

You can totally recognize NCT Wish from 100 meters away, right? 😆
This season greeting perfectly captures NCT Wish's youthful charm, sparkling Japanese vibes, and mysterious cuteness, yet it never feels excessive.✨ This is what NCT Wish is all about!

Entering the wizarory boarding school🧙, RIIZE!!

This conceptual approach for RIIZE is something new, isn’t it? I feel like there are still many details yet to be revealed, making it one of the SM season greetings I'm most curious about personally. Can't wait to see more!🔮

MCing a TV show, SHINee!

As soon as I saw it, I thought of the board game UNO and old American talk shows. Only SHINee can thrive in such vibrant colors!🎤

Today, I want to share Fanwork Editor Candice's review of the 'BTS Jimin Birthday Cafe Tour.'💟

It includes how Candice decided to go on the birthday cafe tour, as well as her personal experiences, so enjoy reading!🫶

Hi!! I'm Candice from Brazil 👋

My first time visiting coffee shops for BTS’s member’s birthday celebrations was in 2020, in my first year in Korea. I was living in Daejeon and I remember there were not many events to visit in the city. Even though there were not many birthday celebrations at that time, I made sure to visit all the possible places and enjoy every moment!

For 1 year and half, I was enjoying that “birthday cafe event’s experience and I could not stop! I remember collecting so many cup sleeves and photo cards plus posters of BTS that my room in the language school’s dormitory was full of them, making that my favorite part of my decoration! 💟

In 2022, after I enrolled in my Master’s Degree program in Seoul, somehow I distanced myself from the birthday cafe events somehow. I remember visiting some of them, but I was not feeling that excited anymore. Maybe because of the stress of the studies, who knows.🤣 And then, I totally stopped visiting birthday events for BTS members. 

However, now, in 2024, after almost two years of not visiting birthday cafés for BTS in Korea, I finally had the chance to celebrate Jimin's special day by visiting three cafés around the HYBE area.❣️

I initially found out about this cafe’s celebration on Twitter (X). So, I had some expectations about that event. I arrived at the place at 13:30 and it was already full of fans lining up to order and other fans all over the place taking pictures and making videos.📹

This cafe, in particular, Cafe Dam.a., stood out when it came to concept! They chose a “Wedding Day with Jimin” concept and also invited the fans to go wearing white! The coffee shop was beautifully decorated as if celebrating a wedding day💍, with flowers and romantic vibes that created a “dream-like” atmosphere. I EVEN RECEIVED A ROSE “FROM JIMIN”.

The coffee shop was small, so no seats were available at that time. It was around 14:30, and even non-BTS fans were there drinking coffee and just taking some time from work. But in general, I could take some pictures, record videos and enjoy all the albums and pictures that were being exhibited there. There was a really cute special room separated for “wedding pictures” with Jimin🤵: there was a sofa in front of a mirror and sided with the mirror there was a Jimin’s standee, making the moment even more adorable!🥰

 

Because of the seats not available, the fans were coming inside, ordering the sets, taking pictures and leaving the event right away. And then, I also had to do the same, so unfortunately, I moved faster to the third and last coffee shop!💨

The third and last coffee shop stood out the most when it comes to external decoration! Right in the entrance of the space, we could see two JImin’s standees, together with a beautiful blue wall full of flowers!💐 The event’s concept was “Muse, The Moon🌕”, as reference of Jimin and also the name of the coffee shop itself (Kid Moon).

The coffee shop was small, same as the second one, but this time tables were available! Finally I could order my Jimin Set (around the same price as the other events) and I could sit down to enjoy the space and rest! Also this cafe is beautiful and demure as it should be!✨

Same as in the second cafe, fans were coming inside to order the special set, take some pictures, but they mostly stayed outside for the Jimin’s standees in the flowers’ wall, leaving right after that! Somehow it felt lonely inside of the coffee shop, but somehow happy I could finally secure a chair to sit down after some hours of only standing up!

Visiting cafés near HYBE added a unique touch to the experience. Being so close to the place where BTS creates their “magic” gave the entire event an intimate feeling. The cafés were conveniently located near each other, making it easy to hop from one to the next, without much effort.👏 Despite not being able to seat down or even rest inside the events, due to the number of fans enjoying the spaces, it is indeed a nice location to choose when in Seoul for celebrating the BTS member’s birthdays.🎂

No matter how many years pass or how busy life gets, it's clear that BTS and the ARMY community provide a constant source of support and happiness.😊 Being in that space once again brought me closer to the fandom, and I left the events with a heart full of joy!
